Privacy Policy

We collect the information you type into our quote form so we can respond to you about your project. We do not sell it, we do not resell it as a lead, and we do not send marketing blasts. That is the whole policy in one paragraph; the rest is detail.

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. If you used the savings estimator, the monthly bill figure you selected is included so we understand what you were looking at.

Our hosting provider also logs standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.

To contact you about your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you hire us to do. That is it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send automated marketing texts or emails.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and deliver your message to us:

• Vercel — website hosting and request logs.
• Resend — delivers your form submission to our inbox as email.
• Twilio — sends us a text alert so a new inquiry is not missed.
• Cloudflare — spam and bot protection on the form, where enabled.

These providers process the information on our behalf in order to provide those services. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for advertising, and we do not sell inquiries to other contractors.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business and project records. If you would like us to delete your information, ask and we will.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request that we delete it, and to request that we correct it. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make any request, contact us using the details below and we will verify and respond.

If you give us your phone number and consent on the form, we may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages from us, or simply tell us and we will stop.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page.
